1.Placing an order
When you place an order at Benedita.co.uk, we will send you a confirmation email listing each product you have requested to buy but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are dispatched to you. You will be notified by email at such point.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order at check-out depending on your choice of delivery.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Order confirmations, updates as well as dispatch notices are sent to you from the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, if that is not the case please contact us as soon as possible by email at email@example.com.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. UK orders are usually delivered within 2 working days after dispatch and 5 to 10 working days for deliveries to rest of the world.
After seven days of your expected delivery date we will consider the product lost in transit and will issue a full refund or resend you the item.
You will be the importer for all international deliveries of products. Therefore, before placing an order for a product, please check that your import of any products complies with any applicable import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your products.
2. Returns policy
If you are not absolutely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We understand that sizes can be harder to figure out when you are buying online so we share with you the cost of size exchanges, either for bigger or smaller.
